I have been to Jenny's restaurant in costa mesa and it's awesome and this new book makes it very simple to start making "raw" vege meals that feel more like a meal and less like a side dish to a meat meal. Some of the ingredients might be hard to come by however the internet is a great source to acquire the few items you can't find in your local market. For the most part you can just get started right away on making a healthy lifestyle change with your eating. My favorite are the soups! I wish she had the recipe for her Mushroom Miso soup, however the one in the book can easily be modified with some experimentation on my part. I suggest purchasing a juicer though for the juice section if you don't have one,and if you have a blender you can do the smoothies easily! She even has some cooked recipes for vege meals in here to help you slowly acclimate yourself to the raw side of things. Baby steps people!
