(More customer reviews)When I first received this I was disappointed because it wasn't what I was expecting. But I soon realized that it was actually better than I had hoped it would be. It is smaller than I originally assumed (because I didn't read the product description)...but the 7"x35" size fits a lot better in my kitchen than a larger version like I was anticipating. It's also on some kind of high gloss or laminated paper...so if you are a messy cook like me you won't ruin it when you spray spaghetti sauce all over! It's also aesthetically pleasing and should fit with almost any kitchen decor. Now I have an easy response to that obnoxious 'So what DO vegans eat?!' question...if only this chart came in a portable version!
